Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA – to fulfill a legal obligation,

Method of data acquisition

The service collects data through:

  • registration and contact forms,
  • data provided during bidding and use of the auction,
  • cookies (see the Cookies Policy for details).

Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to use selected features of the Website.

Recipients of data

Data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as:

  • transportation companies,
  • partners implementing the purchase of vehicles,
  • IT service providers,
  • accounting and legal offices.

The data is not sold to third parties.

  • deletion (“right to be forgotten”),
  • processing restrictions,

  • Vehicle transport to Poland, depending on location:
    • small passenger car (3,000–3,600 PLN);
    • large passenger car, small delivery van (3,200 PLN – 4,000 PLN);
    • large delivery van (3,800 PLN – 4,800 PLN);
    • motorbike (1,200 PLN – 1,700 PLN);
    • quad bike (1,500 PLN – 2,200 PLN);
  • Excise duty paid in Poland by the vehicle owner. There are currently two excise duty rates in Poland – 3.1% for cars with an engine capacity of up to 2000 cc and 18.6% for vehicles exceeding this capacity. Excise duty is best calculated based on the total price of the car.
  • From 22 June 2018, an additional 25 per cent customs duty must be taken into account when importing certain goods from the US into the EU. This applies to motorcycles and certain watercraft.
  • Additional charge for loading a seriously damaged vehicle that is unable to drive onto the tow truck under its own power. Charge of CHF 50–100
  • Transport of lorries, trailers, special vehicles and agricultural machinery. Price to be agreed.
