Motorlampe leuchtet nach längerer Fahrt, und Motor stellt ab, vermutlich Mechatronik defekt siehe Fehlerspeicher. Zustand der Winterräder unbekannt, nach Kundenaussage ist ein Pneu defekt. Wir testen & kontrollieren nicht alle Funktionen vom Fahrzeug. Ebenfalls wird nicht kontrolliert, ob das Fahrzeug nachlackierungsfrei ist. Das Risiko liegt somit vollumfänglich beim Käufer. Optische Mängel siehe Bilder. Nachdem der Höchstbietende den Zuschlag erhalten hat, gibt es keine Nachverhandlungen. Das Fahrzeug wird ab Platz ohne Garantie verkauft, Gesetzliche Gewährleistung Wandlung oder Minderung weggebunden.
