Some important information:

We bid without a deposit! For more expensive cars (more than CHF 20,000) a deposit is required.
Payment by wire transfer directly to Switzerland or cash on delivery by prior arrangement.
Duty of 10% (production outside the EU) – fee for cars manufactured outside the EU or containing “Typenschein X” in the description/registration certificate.

How to buy?

Place a bid for the vehicle you are interested in on our portal. Auctions from Swiss insurance companies are strictly in the nature of tenders. No bidder can see the prices offered by other participants (envelope bidding).
REMEMBER! YOUR OFFERS ARE BINDING AND AN OBLIGATION TO PAY ARISES IF AWARDED
If the auction is won, the bidder will be informed in the customer panel immediately after the end and additionally by e-mail. The exception is the auctions of the insurance company Allianz (end always at 14:59:59 from Monday to Friday), where we do not receive information about winning immediately after the end but wait up to 30 days for the result. The bidder will also be notified of the win from Allianz in the customer panel. There are also situations where the bidder can receive the vehicle being auctioned “from the second place”. – SCC insurance company only.
After winning the auction, we wait up to 30 days to award the winning vehicle. The decision is usually made in the first 2 weeks after the auction ends. The seller (through the insurance company) determines up to 30 days whether the won vehicle is sold. If 30 days pass and the status of the auction does not change to “awarded,” it means that the seller has not accepted the bid.
Settle the purchase and complete the buyer’s data on our portal by sending the relevant documents, of which you will be informed by email. Make a foreign transfer in foreign currency (CHF). It is also possible to pay in cash during delivery of the vehicle. You will receive instructions from us on the email provided during registration.
We deliver the won vehicle to the indicated address. The vehicle comes to you with a set of documents needed for registration in Poland (original vehicle certificate, purchase invoice, border clearance, transport invoice). The rest, i.e. excise duty, translations, possibly the opinion of an expert, diagnostics and the traffic department are costs that the customer pays on his own. We cooperate with a company that helps our clients with the formalities of paying excise duties as well as vehicle registration and insurance.

Transport

Transport costs are calculated according to the calculator available after logging in and apply to transport to central Poland. All extreme areas of the country – individual pricing. Transport of cars over 2200 kg, motor boats, “buses”, agricultural machinery – individual pricing. Additional costs that may occur during transport are:

loading a car with a broken wheel, damaged transmission, etc. CHF 50
need to get to the car by train – CHF 50 one-way ticket
